    I recently visited this Ace Hardware and had an absolutely great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and helpful staff. The store was very well organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. The selection was decently large as well, and they have good value items. The employees were very helpful and acknowledgeable, especially one of the associates Aidan, he was eager to assist by answering all of my questions and even offering great advice on my DIY project.

    Great customer service! Employees are always so helpful and they help me get in and get what I need and get me on my way. If I don't need help they just let me be. I have never had a issue with them. Huge selection of hardware that you can't get anywhere else. Great value for the customer service I receive. Also I seen a gentleman comment above about his experience. Funny thing is, I was actually there that day and the guy did put something in his pocket. Only 2 employees approached him to recover the merchandise when he was getting ready to walk out the door. He did not even try to go to a register to pay for it. No one spit in his face but the guy did tell him not to come back. He never got pushed into anything. If it was my small business and I caught someone stealing I would tell him the same thing or worse! Love this Ace Hardware in Roseville. Always so helpful.

    Update: June 2024. Stopped in for some screws. Got happy help from amiable employee. Wife was wowed by the amazing full aisle of Bar B Que spices and salsas. We got some of that, too. But the real kicker: While checking out at the cashier I noticed the two cabinet freezers by the front window. My immediate reaction and hope, "Is that full of those legendary pies I heard about in the ACE Hardware in Auburn California?" I made the beeline to the coolers and lo and behold, yes there is an entire 6' wide freezer full of pies!!! At least 8 different fruit fillings. Bambie sez: "definitely get the peach". Th cashier guy chimes in, "Yeah that's the one". Cooked it up tonight. From frozen follow the directions, 350 degree oven for 50 minutes until the top crust is golden brown. OMG this is the best pie ever. Sorry Ikeda, forget Machado's. These ACE Hardware pies are from The Pie Company in Ripon California. I think I might develop an unhealthy pie addiction. Dreaming of the day real soon when I get a Dutch apple crunch. Diet: I'll sin. I'll confess. Beg absolution. Then like an addict do it all over again.
